Do you really come to my home?
Yes. For neighbors in the North Little Rock area we come right to your door, set everything up where you actually use it, and stay until it works. For everyone else in the USA we can help by phone and secure screen sharing.
I am not "good with computers." Is that okay?
That is exactly who we are here for. We explain everything in plain English, write down the steps for you, and never make you feel rushed or embarrassed. There is no such thing as a silly question.
Can you help my mom or dad if I live far away?
Absolutely. Many of our visits are arranged by sons and daughters who live out of town. We coordinate with you, visit your parent at home, and follow up with you afterward so you always know things are handled.
How much does it cost?
You get a clear price before we start, not an open-ended hourly meter. Tell us what you need over the phone and we will quote it up front. No surprises.
Can you protect me from scams and hackers?
Yes, security is our specialty. We lock down your accounts and passwords, set up safe backups, and teach you how to spot phone, email, and text scams before they cost you money.
Are you a big national chain?
No. ThoughtAfter is a family business, a dad and his two sons. We are 100% USA based, we never route your call overseas, and the person who answers the phone is the person who helps you.
What happens if something stops working after you leave?
Call us. If something we set up is not right, we make it right. Most follow-up questions can be solved in a quick phone call, and we are happy to take them.
